Ambitious companies also need to support their key staff through this major issue.
Another example of putting our social responsibility into effect is the setting up of crèches near our facilities. The critical role played by the company, and its CEO Siegbert Lapp in particular, enabled the creation of the CHILD eV umbrella association in Bade-Wurtemberg.
The Association works to improve the infrastructure for working parents and helps them reconcile the demands of both work and family life. The Kindinitiatives eV umbrella associations have supported the setting up of child care facilities.
