The company has dedicated itself to following the vision of Oskar Lapp, who died from a heart attack in 1987. Entrepreneurship, intuition, an unfailing commitment to the company, its Customers and the highest level of quality were all part of his legacy to the company.
His two sons, Andreas and Siegbert, took up the reins of the family company alongside their mother. They have been closely involved in the family business right from the childhoods and understand the importance of responsible behaviour in business.
