Multi-skilled Process Operative (M/F)
We are looking to hire process operatives at our cable production facility.
3X8 shift pattern, 40 hr/week.
Internal training provided.

Some knowledge/experience of mechanics and/or industry a plus.
Role
- Full responsibility for production changeovers, starting and checking the output on various lines or machines.
- Responsible for the manufacture of cables, performing the defined operations and methods in compliance with the procedures and instructions of the Quality & Environment System.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
The main roles will be:
- Preparing the machines (set-up, adjustments, etc.)
- Carrying out the operations as defined in the Job Sheet (JS)
- Monitoring the parameters
- Completing the traceability documents (labels, job sheet, material requisition, traceability sheet, workstation report, non-conformity report)
- Knowing how to detect non-conformities and working in compliance with established procedures
- Providing 1st level maintenance
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation (5S)
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Being part of the 5P (problem resolution methods).
